Subaru WRX STI models come equipped with an even more powerful 2.5-liter turbocharged SUBARU BOXER® engine, which receives 305 horsepower and 290 pound-feet of torque. The EPA-estimated fuel economy of the base WRX is 23 mpg combined, and the STI models are rated at 19 mpg combined.* Those are great fuel economy ratings for a vehicle of the WRX’s caliber and are sure to please just about any consumer.
